Eligibility

In order to join the swim team, a swimmer must:

• Be a member of the Middletown Swim and Tennis Club  located at 214 Harmony Road.
• Pay an additional $75 fee
• Be able to swim one length of the pool without touching  bottom to ensure the safety of the swimmer.
• Parents are required to volunteer at three meets during   the season.

Age Group Placement and Eligibility

Swimmers are placed in age groups based on their age as of June 1st. Swimmers are eligible to participate on the swim team up through and including the summer proceeding high school graduation. Swimmer eligibility ceases thereafter.

Age Groups:

8 and under
9 and 10
11 and 12
13 and 14
15 to 18
